A Stylists' most valueable asset is their time and we will always do our best to accomodate you if an unforeseen circumstance has caused you to be be late to your appointment.
However, tardiness can affect the remainder of your Stylists' schedule by delaying them for their clients who come in on time. For this reason, we have established a policy for such situations.
If you have not arrived 10-15 minutes after your scheduled appointment, we will call you to confirm your arrival time. If there is enough time to complete your service without negatively affecting the rest of the clients scheduled with your Stylist, we may require you to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it in the time allotted for you or we will be forced to reschedule your appointment.
If you even think you might be late, give the salon a call. We’d rather know as early as possible so we can do our best to fit you in without delaying your Stylist’s schedule and other clients valuable time.
If we cannot reach you by phone or text and you do not show for your appointment, we will require a $50 Non-Refundable fee will be required in advance to book another appointment with any of our Stylists.
