Your Stylist will always do their best to meet or exceed your hair goal expectations but if there is ever a time when you are unhappy with your hair, let us know and we will be more than happy to address your concerns.
Refunds are provided at our discretion but not considered until we are given the opportunity correct any part of your color or cut you are not happy with. To receive a free Service Redo we require you meet the following criteria:
You must contact the salon within 48 hours of your appointment and book a Service Redo within 5 days. Your Stylist will be given the opportunity to correct the service unless we feel a more senior Stylist should perform the Service Redo. This will be a Free Service Redo.
Appointments for Service Redos made 8-14 days after your original appointment, this includes previous redo appointments that have been rescheduled, will be charged $50.
Appointments for Service Redos made more than two weeks from your original appointment, this includes previous redo appointments that have been rescheduled, is considered a new service and you will be required to pay full service price and a $50 Non-Refundable fee will be required to secure the appointment.
