There is now a $50 Non-Refundable Deposit to secure any appointment with services totalling $100+ or requires more than 1-hour of a Stylists time to be scheduled. Hair Extension appointments require a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit of the total service.

To insure you do not lose your deposit: 1. Cancelations must be no less than 48 hours prior to appointment 2. Rescheduling must not be less than 48 hours to appointment 3. Your deposit will be applied to your service total after your appointment is serviced

For our existing clients, you will be granted the opportunity to secure appointments without leaving a deposit as long as you respect our Cancelation/Reschedule policies. If, for any reason, your appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours then future appointments will require a Non-Refundable Deposit to secure an appointment.

To both exisiting and new clients, as a courtesy, we will refund your security deposit if your appointment is cancelled 72 hours+ (3 days) from your scheduled appointment.
